Just back from Milan, a week of shows, parties, expos and the classic scenes usually standing-up during this period. Models walking quickly, traffic jams, buyers, curious and whatever fashion industry attires, someone would say... same as usual?!?!  We say... No!

We notice a different buyer's attitude, obv depending from the actual worldwide economy situation... even fashion industry suffers this economy-bug, but we personally think that this scenario will let think the final consumers in a better way and accordingly even retailers.        I really believe what Ive read on "View Magazine" as explained by Mr.D.R.Shah: As consumers tighten their belts, the business argument is that they will "buy less but buy better". They wont spend fortunes in strato-brands, but they will look for and will pay for perceived quality and difference. Uneeto totally agrees with this speech, we are almost stopping our sales for S/S09 and this exactly the reply we had from our new customers... everybody search finally for quality and not only top-lables. Consumers realize what does it mean to "select" and "be proud" while using certain cloths, not only thinking about the classic overexpose labels...

We are now fixing the last details and we will start to produce the S/S collection that will be delivered at the end of January 09, we are still in Florence, we are thinking and planning next steps, we focus on market's needs and people style-requirements, in few words we daily struggle as you all do... soon we'll go back in our China-factory, Uneeto means to be unite and not only in colors!

Meanwhile I please myself looking at Florence, take a look...

At uneeto we are facing a week of shootings and this time is Lior Graetz the face! 21 years old, studying fashion-marketing at Polimoda in Florence. Just the time to touch the italian ground again, after months spent in Uk staging at Tod's, and we gave her the job!

From our point of view, she moves cool and represent young generations in the groove. She pose in a double-face shirt and in a green hoody sweater, both made in *85%Cotton/15%Cashmere *and the colors are Ashgrey 16-3802TCX, Estate Blue 19-4027TCX , Kelly Green 16-6138TCX.
